The Sky Ranch project included the excavation, grading, and controlled backfill for a prestressed concrete tank located in unincorporated Arapahoe County, Colorado south of I-70 near the Airpark Road exit.

The project generally consisted of site work for a one million gallon above-grade potable water storage tank.
Site work included the installation of access roads to the site, survey and layout, approximately 2,000 cubic yards of excavation and moisture conditioned fill, placement of a geotextile liner with an aggregate base material, installation of 5,600 square feet of impermeable welded liner, perimeter foundation drain, installation of inlet and outlet piping for the tank, and site restoration per the contract documents.
