In the Summer of 2023 ESCO began work at the “Simms Technology Park” project located Southwest of 112th Ave. & Simms St. The project includes the addition of five new commercial buildings. The property was previously an open field with no infrastructure in place. Our scope included excavating and processing the earthwork, installing new wet utilities (sanitary, storm, and water), installing new curb and gutter along with sidewalk for the new infrastructure. The earthwork included processing over 30 acres of land to be developed into new infrastructure. We are installing 10,400+ LF of new storm sewer with 70+ storm structures, 1,400+ LF of new sanitary sewer, 7,300+ LF of new waterline, 21,100+ LF of new curb and gutter, and 22,000+ LF of new sidewalk.
