As a 4th-generation owner, Eric has ESCO blood coursing through his veins. He has fulfilled many roles at ESCO ranging from laborer, operator, foreman, superintendent, project manager, project executive, vice president, and now president. When possible, Eric enjoys sneaking off to get some yellow iron therapy and mud on his boots while building work with the team. With his hands-on and down-to-earth leadership style, Eric has led the growth of ESCO from 12 employees in 2004 to our current solid team of 400+, while scaling revenues by 100x. Eric is laser-focused on building high-quality work and creating a company culture that excites and entices the best talent in Colorado.

As a highly dedicated construction management professional for 43 years, Eric Taylor (“ET”) has a solid history of team leadership, company loyalty, and impeccable personal integrity. His strengths lie in enhancing executive management teams and increasing bottom line profits. “ET” is well versed in infrastructure development including roads, bridges, water treatment and conveyance, and airport terminal construction. Eric Taylor has sat in all of the seats from a young field engineer, project manager, estimator, and then President of a major top 10 construction company. As part of “ET’s” experience, he has specialized in Aviation construction, including high-level security clearance for military bases. This makes “ET” a nice fit for ESCO to continue its expansion into the regional airport construction market. “ET” understands the importance of no-nonsense business with a keen focus on solid budgets and bids with excellent operational execution. “ET” is well respected in the national construction market and also has international experience in Canada and Mexico.
