ESCO’s scope of work included over-excavation and re-conditioning of site soils, foundation excavation and backfill, the import and placement of approximately 11,000CY of structural fill, subgrade preparation and installation of class 6 road base for concrete pavement, and the installation of pavement underdrain for both buildings. ESCO’s safety team championed this project with consistent coordination and development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) with the Bryan safety team and the Army Corps to ensure strict compliance with federal requirements.
