ESCO Construction successfully completed a significant infrastructure project that laid the foundation for two core and shell buildings, totaling over 340,000 square feet. For the larger of the two buildings, spanning 220,500 square feet, and the smaller, covering 123,300 square feet. ESCO managed utility installation and earthwork to ensure the site was prepared for future development. The project involved the installation of 200 feet of sanitary sewer. Additionally, ESCO installed 3,592 feet of water line to provide reliable potable water and 3,609 feet of storm sewer to effectively manage runoff. Roof drains spanning 3,613 feet were also installed to prevent water accumulation on the buildings’ roofs. In total, 140,000 cubic yards of earthwork was complete to grade the site, setting the stage for the construction of both buildings. The project showcases ESCO Constructions expertise in coordinating large scale infrastructure improvements, ensuring that both buildings have the essential utilities and groundwork for successful completion.
