Development of 106.68 Acres to accommodate a Target food distribution warehouse equating 528,979 SF.
The development included 561,000 CY of processed dirt, 38,500 LF of pipe, 157 utility structures, along with 14 Concrete Structures to control 3 detention ponds. Mustang Run included regrading of the drainage swale, adding multiple grouted drop structures, and micro pools, to control flows of storm drainage. 152nd Parkway Widening, involved multiple traffic patterns to accommodate construction of full depth removal and replacement, along with widening the north half for development improvements.
A few challenges our team excelled with was excavation in a drainage channel during wet months, constructing detention ponds and structures with major weather impacts, and hitting hard dates of substantial completion for client to obtain CO prior to job completion date.
