Copperleaf filing 29 was a multifamily residential development that consisted of 11 housing units and a club house in unincorporated Arapahoe County. The project was located just Southwest of the intersection of E-470 and E. Quincy Ave. Crossland Construction Company, INC. contracted with ESCO Construction to perform the site grading, over-excavation, wet utilities, and roadway prep.
The project required 180,000 yards of over-lot grading and sub-excavation, 5,000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer, 4,750 Lineal of water main, 9,600 Lineal feet of storm sewer, 113 structures including 5’-8’ manholes, box base manholes, and inlet structures. The project also included 34,000 square yards of roadway prep and 16,000 tons of aggregate base course. The water and sewer systems were inspected by Kennedy Jenks on behalf of East Cherry Creek Valley Water & Sanitation District. These systems included 8”-16” PVC water mains and 6”-10” PVC Sewer Mains. The AHJ for the storm sewer system and roadways was Arapahoe County. ESCO worked closely with the GC, Engineer, and AHJ’s to ensure that the project met all specifications and was completed on time.
ESCO’s job team was able to identify potential issues and provide path-forward, problem solving solutions to complete the project.
