BIO | As a 4th-generation owner, Eric has ESCO blood coursing through his veins. He has fulfilled many roles at ESCO ranging from laborer, operator, foreman, superintendent, project manager, project executive, vice president, and now president. When possible, Eric enjoys sneaking off to get some yellow iron therapy and mud on his boots while building work with the team. With his hands-on and down-to-earth leadership style, Eric has led the growth of ESCO from 12 employees in 2004 to our current solid team of 400+, while scaling revenues by 100x. Eric is laser-focused on building high-quality work and creating a company culture that excites and entices the best talent in Colorado. |
Pat Clark

BIO | As a 3rd generation member of the Clark and ESCO family, Pat Clark is the essence of ESCO with his strong sense of integrity and family values. Whomever meets Pat comes away with a warm feeling of kindness, respect, and a smile on their face. Pat started working with his father and brother in the family business before he graduated high school. ESCO has always partnered with their beloved hometown of Evergreen, CO; and helped build the infrastructure for its growing needs. Many of the roads and housing developments in the area were completed by ESCO and the Clark family. This also includes the Evergreen Fire Dept; which Pat’s Grandfather Rozzi co-founded in 1948. Pat retired from the volunteer fire department after 21 years of dedicated service to the community. Pat and his wife of 42 years still reside in Evergreen and enjoy spending time with their son Eric, and his family. They both like spending the winter months at their home in Arizona. Lisa loves horse activities…while Pat is interested in “horsepower” adventures in the desert. Pat remains utterly devoted to his ESCO family. He is very proud and confident of the job that his son, and the team he has put together, to carry on the ESCO reputation of quality construction. |
Gabe Wallace

BIO | Gabe started in the Heavy Civil Construction industry in 2004. During that time, he has worked as a Field Engineer, Surveyor, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, and currently serves as ESCO’s Vice President. He has experience on large-scale bridge projects, aviation projects, mass concrete, concrete paving, deep foundations, earthwork, underground utilities, drainage, and marine work on a wide variety of projects across the United States and Canada. |
Alex Kersting

BIO | Alex started with ESCO in February of 2021 to lead the finance/accounting department. Prior to joining the ESCO team, he worked as controller for a publicly traded energy company in Houston, Texas. With extensive financial reporting and accounting experience, he and his team strive for the continual improvement of financial information, processes, and procedures. Under his leadership, the finance/accounting team has worked diligently to ensure the flow of accurate and timely information to key decision makers across all departments at ESCO. Alex has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Colorado State University and an MBA from Regis University. |
Brett Clark

BIO | Since joining ESCO in December of 2014, Brett has served as an earthwork foreman, utilities foreman, utilities superintendent, and project manager. Brett is currently serving in the role of Senior Project Manager. He has knowledge in various aspects of construction management; specifically in estimating, bids, preconstruction/project start-up, contract administration, subcontractor/owner/engineer relations, management in the field, project close-out, and job forecasting/budgeting. He possesses knowledge and experience in the industry of project management and has achieved the necessary qualifications through work on a variety of construction projects ranging in scope, size, and location. He is directly involved with both office and field management for heavy civil construction. |
Mike Angilello

BIO | Mike has 12 years of experience in the Heavy Civil construction industry, including 4 years with an ENR 500 construction company. He has served as an engineer, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and lead estimator on a wide variety of projects across the country. Mike currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for ESCO, executing various scopes and projects along the Front Range. His strengths include experience on large-scale bridge projects, mass concrete, deep foundations, earthwork, residential concrete flatwork, heavy-highway construction, wet utilities, drainage, and marine work. |
Kenny Cagle

BIO | Kenny has knowledge in various aspects of construction management, specifically job site operations, preconstruction/project start-up, contract administration, subcontractor/owner/engineer relations, field management, and job forecasting and budgeting. He is experienced in the heavy civil industry and is qualified to work on a variety of construction projects ranging in scope, size, and location. Kenny is directly involved in both office and field management. As division manager, he oversees all ESCO earthwork operations across the Front Range and in portions of Evergeen and Idaho Springs, Colorado. |
